Who is this event for?

CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and their direct reports who are responsible for data platform strategy, governance, or AI initiatives. Capacity is limited to 75 guests.

Where exactly will the event take place?

The event is hosted at the Flanders Investment and Trade Office, located in the New York Times building: 620 Eighth Avenue, New York.  Full venue details and directions will be sent in your confirmation email after registering.

What's the format of the day?

For guests joining the optional morning training, doors open at 9:30 AM with coffee and informal networking, and Project Butterfly Technical Training runs from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. For VaultSpeed NEXT NYC, doors open at 12:30 PM with a light lunch and informal networking. Content kicks off at 1:15 PM with presentations, the product update, a customer story, and a panel discussion, wrapping up by 4:30 PM with a networking reception to close out the day.

Is there a cost to attend?

No, this is a complimentary event hosted jointly by VaultSpeed and Flanders Investment & Trade, including lunch and refreshments.

Can I bring a colleague?

Given the limited and highly targeted format, we ask that each registration represents one named attendee. If a colleague would also like to join, please have them register separately, we'll confirm based on available capacity.

What if I can no longer attend after registering?

Please let us know as soon as possible so we can free up your seat for someone on the waitlist, registration details will include contact information for changes.
